Well I woke up this morning to a nice sunny day with the birds chirping away outside. I thought it is the perfect day to do some baking. So I decided to flick through my recipe books.. which I have so many of :P and got stuck on what to bake.
It is either a gorgeous Hazelnut Meringue Cake, Filo Apple Strudels or a Coffee and Walnut Cake.
I will post my final cake up later this afternoon with chosen one.
